The side panel is empty — Make sure you are on a Jira Cloud board (*.atlassian.net). Open a board or backlog view, then click the extension icon.
Sign-in issues — Try signing out (Settings gear icon) and signing back in. Make sure third-party cookies are not blocking Google OAuth.
Export not working — Ensure the target AI service tab (NotebookLM, ChatGPT, or Claude) is open before clicking export.
Subscription questions — Use the "Manage Subscription" link in the extension to access your Stripe billing portal.
