By installing, accessing, or using the Jira AI Bridge browser extension ("the Extension") or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Extension.
Jira AI Bridge is a Chrome browser extension that reads data from your Atlassian Jira boards and allows you to export issue information to AI services — including Google NotebookLM, OpenAI ChatGPT, and Anthropic Claude — using your own authenticated sessions with those services.
The Extension provides a read-only board overlay for browsing, filtering, and viewing issue dependencies. It does not create, edit, or delete any Jira issues. The only write operations are exporting issue text to your chosen AI service.
Certain features require you to sign in with your Google account via OAuth. By signing in, you authorize the Extension to access your email address for the sole purpose of managing your subscription entitlement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any sessions you have with Jira, NotebookLM, ChatGPT, and Claude.
The Extension offers the following plans:
Additional subscription intervals (such as annual billing) may be offered in the future.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store, process, or have access to your payment card details. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal (accessible from the Extension). Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. To request a refund, contact us at jirabridgeai@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any pricing changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following at least 30 days' notice.

You retain full ownership of your Jira data. The Extension accesses your data solely to display it in the side panel and, at your direction, export it to AI services. Your Jira data is never sent to or stored on our servers.
The Extension, including its source code, design, branding, and documentation, is the property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension in accordance with these Terms.
Any outputs generated by NotebookLM, ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI services using your exported Jira data are governed by the respective AI provider's terms of service. We make no claims over AI-generated content and accept no responsibility for its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
The Extension depends on the following third-party services:
We do not guarantee the availability, uptime, or continued operation of any third-party service. Changes to third-party APIs may temporarily or permanently affect Extension functionality. You are responsible for complying with each third-party service's own terms of use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Extension ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 8, 9, and 11) shall survive.

We may update these Terms or Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date will be revised and the extension will prompt you to review and re-accept the updated documents before you can continue using subscription features.
A record of each acceptance (version accepted and timestamp) is stored on our server for legal compliance purposes. Your acceptance history is retained indefinitely.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
